Using non-abrasive, metal-safe compounds certified for aerospace alloys, oxidation layers, water spotting, and surface discoloration are carefully removed. Multi-stage correction is applied when necessary, starting with controlled-cut compounds and progressing to finer materials to restore clarity without exceeding manufacturer limits for metal removal.
High-speed polishers and hand-polish techniques are used depending on component sensitivity and geometry. Each area is polished to achieve a uniform, mirror-grade finish while ensuring temperatures and pressure remain within acceptable thresholds to avoid surface distortion or structural impact.
Tight contours, rivet lines, fasteners, and recessed metal surfaces receive precision hand-polishing. This ensures consistent reflectivity across areas often affected by residue accumulation or partial oxidation while maintaining compliance with aircraft material handling standards.
Upon achieving the desired polish level, a durable, aviation-approved metal sealant is applied to inhibit future oxidation, enhance reflectivity, and prolong surface protection. This coating reduces maintenance frequency and enhances overall cosmetic appearance of the aircraft’s brightwork.
A post-service inspection is performed to confirm uniform gloss level, absence of haze or swirl marks, and proper sealant coverage. Technicians ensure all components meet presentation standards and are free of residue or compound buildup. The result is a high-luster, corrosion-resistant finish suitable for executive presentation and operational readiness.
The cabin disinfection pre-spray service uses an approved insecticide from Callington that is sprayed at a specifically prescribed rate per the WHO (World Health Organization) aircraft disinfection methods and procedures found in section 4.5 or section 4.2. of the WHO Disinfection Methods and Procedures Manual.
Pre-embarkation cabin disinfection involves aerosol spraying of aircraft cabins before embarkation of passengers. The treatment lasts for the duration of the single flight sector. This method not only kills invertebrates that may be present in the cabin at the time of disinfection but also leaves a minimal but effective residue, which is likely to kill invertebrates that board between the time of disinfection and flight departure. Cabin zones are sprayed in accordance with WHO guidelines ensuring that careful attention is given to the finished surfaces within the aircraft cabin.

Our Aircraft Carpet Spot Treatment Service provides targeted contamination removal and fibre restoration for localized areas of soiling within the cabin. Using aviation-approved cleaning agents and controlled application techniques, this service eliminates stains, residues, and embedded debris while preserving carpet integrity and compliance with OEM material standards.
Technicians begin with an inspection of the affected carpet areas to identify the type of contaminant such as food and beverage spills, oils, gum, ink, or tracked-in debris. Material type, backing structure, and carpet colorfastness are evaluated to determine the correct treatment chemicals and agitation methods.
Approved spot-treatment solutions are applied directly to the affected fibres using controlled quantities to prevent over-wetting or backing saturation. Specialized formulas break down organic compounds, lift dyes, and dissolve oils while remaining safe for aircraft carpet adhesives and flame-retardant treatments.
Stains are lifted using soft-bristle brushes or microfibre agitation tools designed to avoid fibre distortion. Embedded contaminants are loosened and removed without compromising carpet pile or texture. For stubborn staining, multi-stage treatment may be applied as permitted by carpet manufacturer guidelines.
Residual cleaning agents and contaminants are removed using low-moisture extraction equipment or absorbent blotting techniques to ensure minimal drying time. Care is taken to prevent moisture migration into subfloor structures or cabin insulation materials.
Aviation-safe deodorizing agents may be applied to neutralize odours associated with spills or organic contamination. Carpet fibres are groomed to restore uniform appearance and texture, ensuring consistency with surrounding carpeted areas.
Technicians conduct a final evaluation to confirm stain removal, uniform fibre presentation, and absence of chemical residue. The treated area is verified dry, visually blended, and ready for passenger use in accordance with cabin presentation standards.
Our Full Aircraft Carpet Cleaning Service provides a deep, uniform restoration of all carpeted cabin areas using a combined low-moisture cleaning and steam extraction process. This method is engineered to remove embedded contaminants, restore carpet appearance, and maintain compliance with aviation material standards while minimizing drying time and preventing moisture intrusion into aircraft floor structures.
Technicians begin with a full inspection of the aircraft’s carpeted surfaces to evaluate contamination levels, traffic wear, material type, and colorfastness. OEM specifications and carpet construction (including backing and adhesive type) are reviewed to determine correct chemical compatibility and steam application parameters.
Aviation-approved, low-moisture detergents are applied across the carpet surface to break down soil, oils, and embedded debris. This method uses controlled chemical volumes to avoid saturation and protect subfloor assemblies, including composite panels and insulation materials.
Soft-bristle orbital or cylindrical agitation tools are used to lift contaminants from the carpet pile without damaging fibers or disrupting flame-retardant coatings. This process suspends soil for efficient extraction and ensures even cleaning across high-traffic and high-wear zones.
Following pre-treatment, technicians apply a low-pressure, high-temperature steam extraction process that removes embedded contaminants, bacteria, and residues loosened during agitation. Steam parameters are carefully controlled to ensure effective sanitation without exceeding carpet material temperature limits or risking adhesive deterioration.
Due to the low-moisture method, carpets require minimal drying time. Extraction equipment removes the majority of applied moisture, while remaining humidity is mitigated using air movers or cabin environmental controls. This prevents moisture migration to subfloor materials and supports fast cabin turnaround.
Carpet fibres are groomed to restore uniform pile direction and appearance. This step enhances overall cabin aesthetics and ensures consistent texture throughout the aircraft.
Aviation-safe deodorizing agents may be applied to neutralize odours associated with spills, organic materials, or prolonged use. Protective treatments can be added to improve resistance to future staining and soil accumulation.
Technicians conduct a full post-cleaning inspection to verify stain removal, fibre alignment, and absence of residue or moisture. The aircraft is confirmed ready for passenger operations in accordance with cabin cleanliness and presentation standards.
